Veterans Speak Out About Foreign Policy

It seems as if the military does not know exactly what they are doing overseas because of lack of communication. One young man had said all day and everyday troops drive around and sit and wait to be shot at or bombed in order to find enemies.

Now, although it is obvious once you join the military and are sent to the field, death can occur. But what I get from the video is that troops are almost like bait or decoys to try and lure enemies out of hiding. That just does not seem fair or right to me.
